Assessment
Learner will be assessed by means of formative assessment and summative assessment. Formative assessments are conducted during training at the end of each learning unit. Learner will need to demonstrate understanding by answering all questions correctly before proceeding to the next learning unit. Summative assessment includes compiling a switching plan and a knowledge test (through Class Marker-online software).
