Upon confirmation of registration, company will receive a joining instruction email.
ATTS reserves the right to cancel or postpone any of the courses. Company will be duly notified.
Course fee is payable upfront upon enrollment of course. Place(s) will not be confirmed until we are in receipt of a completed booking form and once full payment has been received.
For self-sponsored applicant, the booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
For company-sponsored, booking is confirmed when invoices are paid or Purchased Orders are issued.

Corporate – Your officer in-charge will receive the joining instruction and tax invoice. Please bring along this confirmation on the first day of your course.

For CompEx Competency assessment, you are given 2 further re-sit, it must be completed within a year of the original training.
PPE such as Coverall, safety shoes & Safety goggles are essential for practical training and assessment.
Appeal forms are obtainable from the office administrator during office hours. Alternatively you may write in to enquiry@atts-asia.com.
Candidates will have no access to their examination answer scripts. Please note that only ONE appeal can be lodged.
Certificates are normally issued within 4-6weeks after course completion. ATTS reserves the right to HOLD candidates’ certificate if there is a outstanding amount in the account.
Once there are no outstanding matters, a result slips or certificate will be issued
The certificate will be posted to the address indicated on the booking form. Kindly ensure the address and contact details are valid to avoid delivery problems.
ATTS is able to provide a replacement certificate in situations where the original is lost or damaged. You are required to write in your request via email to enquiry@atts-asia.com.
For corporate sponsorship, an authorize letter from the training in-charge is compulsory.
The replacement fee is $381.50 (inclusive of GST) which must be made at the time of submitting your request.
The processing time is about 4-6weeks upon receipt of request and payment.
Customised and onsite courses are available. These courses can be run as stand-alone programs or in combination, and are offered on a scheduled basis or customised for individual group. Kindly contact us at enquiry@atts-asia.com for more information.
Weekend / Night courses are scheduled periodically when there is interest.
